Strong Tower

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.  Psalms 18:10

Father, we call on the name of Jehovah, the Great I am, the one true God and we run to You. We run to Your safety and rest in You, our strong tower. We know that no matter how bad the report, or how evil the times, You are our fortress. Father, we will not be afraid for our children and our families. We won’t be afraid because we run to You.

We pray that our families have the same urgency to run to Your safety. Lead them into righteousness and let them abide in You, Jehovah. Protect them and stir their hearts to call on Your name. Heal their bodies and restore their souls. Rebuke the enemy who torments and give them the hunger to run toward You and not away.

Forgive them for their rebelliousness and anger, sooth the hurt that they have falsely said was from You. Father, have mercy on them and deliver them from all unrighteousness. Bless them, anoint them and give them great favor to serve You.

We pray for the peace of Jerusalem and for the comfort of those who are grieving. We ask that You be the strong tower for persecuted believers all over the world.

Bless our nation and heal our land. Give us revival, we turn to You.
