Trust in God

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3

Father, we bring our thoughts to You, and we think about Your goodness and love. Days can be hard; we can be tempted to be afraid or hurt or even angry. Sometimes we feel alone and rejected, sometimes we feel like failures because our families are not serving You. But You told us to keep our minds on You and trust You.

We choose today to think about Your faithfulness, and trust in You. We trust You with our children and families.

 We trust in Your faithfulness to preserve them and keep them. We trust that You love them. We trust that You love them more than we can. We ask that their thoughts be turned to You. Reveal Your great love and power to keep them in Your perfect peace. We pray for their salvation and the restoration of our families.

We believe that You love us, and we can find peace when we keep our minds on You. We turn to You and we praise You.

We pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Bless our nation with a repentant heart and turn our hearts toward the God Who has redeemed us.
