Shout all You People!

Oh, clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph!

For the Lord Most High is awesome; He is a great King over all the earth.

He will subdue the peoples under us, And the nations under our feet.

He will choose our inheritance for us, The excellence of Jacob whom He loves.

God has gone up with a shout, The Lord with the sound of a trumpet.

Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!

For God is the King of all the earth. Psalm 47:1-7

Heavenly Father, our King, we sing praises to You this morning. We sing praises, for we know that the time is growing short for our enemy. We praise You, our God who will protect us and we rejoice in Your goodness. We are waiting for the trumpet and the shout. We see Your hand everywhere we look and we praise You. We are glad that You, our King has redeemed us.

Let us be Your servants and speak Your name with joy and peace. Let the hearts of our children and families, sing for joy with the same awe of Your majesty, Fill their hearts with the sound of praise for Your greatness. Let them see You and be free from the evil of this world. Subdue their enemies and make a way for You in their hearts. Rescue them from the deceptions and bring them into the same joy and gladness. Let us sing today.

Give our husbands the joy that comes from knowing that You will subdue the enemy and sit on a throne far above all else. Strengthen their faith and draw them close to You. Let them be glad and sing Your praises. Let the joy of the Lord be their strength.

Give our grandchildren a joyful heart. Show them the great joy of knowing You and following You. Stir them deep to call You King and to worship You and You alone. Heal them and give the redemption of Christ. Surround them and keep them in Your ways. Send laborers into the field to teach them Jesus. Nurture them in the awe and reverence of Jesus. Protect them from the enemy and keep them safe in You.

Bless Israel with the song of joy, let them see the Messiah and know He has come. Bring them peace and reveal their redemption.

Bless our nation with wise leaders and give us peace that knows You are King. Praise You!

In Christ alone
