Good Shepherd

I am the good shepherd.  I know my own and my own know me, ¹⁵ just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. John 10:14-15

Father, You know us, You are our good Shepherd. We long to know You better and to hear You more clearly. Let us rest in Your great goodness. You have willingly laid down Your life for us and we praise You.

We pray that our children and families know You. We pray that they are Yours.

Return those who have wandered to the flock and be their Shepherd. Protect them from the wolves and the lions and bring them to green pastures. Let them rest by still waters and drink in Your Word. Bless them today with the revelation that You have laid down Your life for them. We love them and we believe that You know them. Reveal Your goodness to them and show them the peace of following You. Show them the great sacrifice You made and let them know the depth of Your love.

Bless Jerusalem with peace and safety. Bring them into the folds and let them see the sacrifice of Your great Son.

 Bless our nation with deep revelation of Your love.
