Watch

Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Ephesians 5:15-16

Good morning, Father, our Mighty God, we thank You for this beautiful gift of life You have given us. We thank You for giving us wisdom to walk in Your ways, thank You for Your Holy Spirit giving us the guidance to consider where we are going and how to redeem the time. We see the days are evil and we are tempted to walk in fear. Sometimes we think of the world and how it is changing in front us and we fear for our children and families. Give them the wisdom to walk carefully before You. Give them the strength to consider Your ways and to redeem their time. Bless them with the courage to fight the deception that would overcome them, the evil of walking in the foolishness of this world, instead of the grace and peace of our Risen Savior. We pray that they are surrounded by wisdom and hear the voice of the Savior and not the call of the world. We pray for their healing and their salvation; we pray that they watch carefully and learn from Your precious Holy Spirit.

Bless Israel with wisdom and let them walk according to the God of their fathers, return them to faith and protect them from the coming evil. Bless them and keep them, we pray for the peace of Jerusalem.  Bless our nation with leaders who walk carefully and reverently before You. Give us leaders and rulers who have Your wisdom and can see the evil of our days.  You alone are our God and we give praise and honor to You forever and ever

In Christ alone
