Song of worship!

Oh, sing to the LORD a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand and his holy arm have worked salvation for him. Psalm 98:1

Heavenly Father, as this day unfolds, let us empty ourselves of pride and ego and Your perfect will be done in us. Give us a new song and let us rest in Your goodness. Restore our families, heal our sick, and deliver the ones who are deeply hurt and angry. Give our children and grandchildren a new song. Place in our hearts a song of worship and praise to our Holy God. Restore us to another in faith, so we might sing together about Your wonderous salvation.  Let them rise up and be joyful in You. Wake up the sleeping ones and have them fill their lamps with oil.

Surround them with Your right hand so that everything that they see and hear points to you. Place friends and spouses in their lives who encourage their faith. Stir their partners to desire the deep things of God and sing a song of worship and praise to our Holy God.

Bless them with gracious hearts that praise You.

We pray for Israel and let their hearts sing of the wonders of Your love. Open their eyes to see You and receive the glory of Jesus, let them praise You all day long.

Our nation is under attack, and we pray for those who are sounding the alarm. Give us courage to fight against doubt and unbelief, give us hope to believe You can deliver our nation from the sinful pride that allows us to be overtaken. Give us the wisdom and the song of praise to fight against all the evil one’s plans to destroy us.

For as Your mercy endures forever and Your right hand is Jesus, You will always be victorious.

Come quickly, Lord Jesus, come quickly.
