Preach the Word

Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word. Acts 8:4

Father, empower us to preach the good news to a lost world. We desire that You will equip us to share the truth and defend the faith. Let our words to our children and families be full of grace and wisdom. Anoint us to be skillful and bold as we talk to the lost about the gospel. We yearn to bring them to the glory of salvation. Bless us and bless our families with the power of Your Holy Spirit to minister truth and freedom to those You place in our paths. Father, reveal to our families the deep things of the Word and give them a hunger and a thirst for righteousness. Place them in a situation where they can fellowship with believers and taste the sweet joy of the Word.

Father, have mercy on Israel as they as being attacked. Give them hope and comfort as they see the world turning on them, bring them peace and prosperity of their souls as they find the Messiah.

Comfort the believers in Nigeria who are being persecuted. Strengthen Your people who are under great pressure to deny You. There are horrendous cruelties being done to Your children all over the world. Give them grace to hold fast until the end.

The global deception is becoming stronger and stronger. Preserve Your elect and keep us from being vulnerable to the lies of the enemy. Have mercy on our nation and let us stand with Your people. Give us courage and wisdom to trust You and be faithful to Your Word. Bless us as we preach Your Word.

You are the glorious God Who saves, we want to serve You and we praise You.

In Christ alone
