Peace

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

 Father, our God of peace, we are walking through a fallen world, give us Your peace to face the many trials we are facing. Show us how to keep from being troubled, let us enjoy Your peace. Let us be unafraid as the confusion and deception swirl about us. We are but frail humans living in a time of great turmoil. You promised us this peace, show us how to abide in it. Show us how to abide in You, in all things. We fall into worry about our children and families, we fall into our own ideas of how to live. Father, give us Your peace that we may rest and not be troubled. Restore us Father to the place of peace that You created for us. Give our children peace, our families need Your peace to serve You. They are sometimes troubled over jobs, relationships, and even who they are in You. The enemy tries every day., all day to take them from Your peace, Father, give them the strength to rest in You and not be afraid. Heal their bodies, restore their minds, bring them spouses and return them to the Peace that passes all understanding. Reveal to their hearts the one true God and let them live in Your amazing peace that keeps us. Show them the difference between the world’s peace and Your peace.

Bless Israel with Your peace, let them walk in Your peace by accepting Jesus as the Messiah, the Christ. Give them wisdom to see You. Heal them and restore Your people. Father, give our nation Your peace. Let us turn to You, Your people and repent. Heal our land so we may live in peace and safety. Give our leaders the wisdom needed to serve You
