God's plans

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10

O God, Who created us in Christ Jesus, the knowledge that we are Your handiwork, is overwhelming. When You tell us we were created to do good works that You planned beforehand, we are humbled. Let us join in the work that You prepared for us, give us the grace and courage to work in Your plans. Bless our children, our families with the desire to receive this glorious grace for their lives. Bless them with the understanding that they are saved by grace and not works, yet still follow You into the works You have for them. Make them alive in Christ and raise them up as faithful followers who share in the immeasurable riches of His grace. Give them life. Lead them to situations, jobs, neighbors, friends who understand the joy of being faithful to do Your works.

Bless Israel with the joy of being made alive in Christ, we are looking forward to their deliverance from unbelief and we are confident that You have them in Your hands, bless them and prosper them. Let them see they are Your handiwork.

Give our nation’s leaders and rulers a vision of the destiny You have for them. Bless us with the courage to continue to bless Israel. Open the eyes of our people to the deception that is being prepared. Keep us on the paths of Your works. Bless us and allow us to do Your good works. Our Holy God and Creator, we bless You

In Christ alone
