Christ lives in me!

I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.  Galatians 2:20

Father, Your sacrifice is unknowable, we have no words, and because of it, we live by faith in the Christ who lives in us. We want to be dead to the flesh and no longer seek our own ways and our own times. We choose You over our own selves, our own hurts and anger and bitterness, even our own children and we lay it all down and give it to You.

We yearn to be in Christ in our attitudes, our words and our deeds. Grow the fruit of the Holy Spirit in us. Let us bear much fruit to edify others. Reveal to our families what it means to be crucified with Christ so their lives may not be an empty and religious.

Teach them to cast off the flesh and lay down all their earthly desires to follow Jesus. Anoint them with an abundant measure of faith, awaken them to the joy of His love. The Love from someone Who gave Himself for their very lives. Bless them with revelation knowledge of the exquisite gift of Jesus’ choice. Give them wisdom and let them be Godly men and women who will be take up their cross and follow You.

We ask for the peace of Jerusalem and the salvation of Your people, that Your will be done.

Bless our nation and give us Godly rulers so we might live a quiet and peaceful life and glorify You.

 We bless Your holy Name,

In Christ alone.
