One with Him

that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me John 17:21

Father, O Heavenly Father, make us one, just as You are One with the Father, make us one with You. Transform us so that the world only sees You and not our frail human will. May we be in You, so that the world can believe You have sent Jesus. Make us a witness and a testimony of You, for our children and families to see and declare You Lord God of all. Be glorified in us as we speak to them, as we pray for them and as we walk beside them. Let them see Jesus in us and believe. Let us die to ourselves, so that You may live in us and the world sees the hope of salvation from death and destruction. Give our families the wonder of Your love and the desire to know You. Prepare their hearts so they may believe. Take them to the deep things of the Lord and surround them with others who are in You. Show them the glory of the King in our lives and in the lives of the believers You have sent to them.

Bless Israel with peace, open their hearts to believe in You. Bring Your people to the Messiah and restore them to Your Son. Bless our nation with wisdom and turn us from our sins. Forgive us and give us the mind of Christ, let our words be a witness to You, all over the world.
