Mercy

But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. Ephesians 2:4-5

Merciful God, Your great love for us has saved us. Your mercy has made us alive with Christ and now we are no longer dead in our sins. We will sing Your praises throughout all eternity. Your love is overwhelming. Grace has saved us and we are thankful. We pray that our children and families receive the Your mercy and love. We pray for their hearts to be made flesh and to know Your grace so they may be made alive with Christ. We pray that their hearts are being prepared to know the richness of Your mercy and to be transformed. Father, this morning we praise You and we ask that our families praise You and know the God of all creation Who loves them. We pray their health, their careers and their hearts to be a witness to the world of the mercy of a loving God.

We bless Israel and ask for the peace of Jerusalem, we pray for the salvation of their hearts and they know the great love You have sent for their redemption. We repent for the sins of our nation and we ask that You return to us. Lawlessness is abounding in the hearts of people and we pray for peace. Protect our leaders and rulers and let them rule over us with wisdom and mercy. We pray that in the final hours, we stand with Christ.

In the amazing grace of the Christ, we pray, amen.
