Jesus gives us rest

Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. Matthew 11:28


Father, we come this morning with burdens. We lay them down at Your feet. We rest from our labors and take Your yoke. We want to learn from You and rest our souls. We give You the burdens, the works that we do for our families.


We rest knowing that You are working in their hearts and they find rest in You.


We take Your yoke and walk with You. Give them the same rest. Let them seek You and take Your yoke. Let them trust, learn, and walk the fields with You. Protect them and heal them.


Bless Israel with salvation and wisdom. Give them strength and comfort the grieving.


Forgive our nation and deliver us from the coming deception.
