But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
Good morning Father, Your grace abounds in us and we give You praise. Glory to the God whose power is greater as we grow weaker. We have many weaknesses and we know that because of them, Your power will be made perfect in us. We bring our children and families before You and we ask that You reveal to them the need of Your power and Your strength. The glory of resting in the grace You have provided is still being unfolded in them. Let them learn to trust not their own skills and talents but Your grace. Father, we ask that Your power be made perfect in their weakness and reveal to them their great need for Your grace. Bless them and surround them with believers who can show them the glory of boast about their weaknesses.
We pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and we pray for the heart of Israel to be comforted by the Messiah, Jesus. Bless our nation and reveal to us the weaknesses and deep need for our Savior.
We praise You, In Christ alone
