God's love

May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance. 2 Thessalonians 3:5

Our dear Father Who sits in the heavens and watches over us, we ask today that You direct our hearts into the love and the patience of Christ. As we pray for our children and families we desire to be motivated by love and never by self-righteousness. Give us Your perseverance so we might not be discouraged or dismayed by them. Direct our hearts to love our children and and our families with Your perfect love. Let our hearts be pure before You as we pray that they are moved into deep things of Your heart. Direct them into the love You have for them and give them the patience and steadfastness to pursue Christ above all things. We ask that You direct their footsteps and their lives into the love that transforms. We pray for their health, their peace and for their hearts to be in Your love.

Bless Israel with strength and direct them back to You. Give them eyes to see and ears to hear about Jesus. We pray for our nation. We ask that You deliver us from evil, both the obvious and the deceptive religious evil. Bless us and protect us. Let us serve You and be known to the world as Yours.

We thank You for watching over us and us to You. We thank You for us steady hearts. You are our God and we thank You.

In Christ alone
