Firstfruits

Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. Luke 24:1-7 But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 1 Corinthians 15:20

Father, You fulfilled the promise made in Genesis, Christ is alive! Jesus crushed the head of the serpent on the Cross and because of Him we live, He is the firstfruit. Glory to God on the Highest! Praise Your Holy Name, You are a mighty God Who has defeated the grave! Glory Hallelujah, we will praise You, You are our God and You are good. We will exalt You and give thanks You. Thank You for our families and children. Let them bless You and give thanks for the gift of life. We rejoice and are glad in it.

Bless Israel and our nation with the wisdom to see Your mighty power and to give thanks to a God who brought us Jesus, Your Son. Give them grateful hearts today and shine on them and prosper them to do Your will.

We praise You and thank You for this is the day that the Lord has made and we rejoice!
