every good thing

I pray that your partnership with us in the faith may be effective in deepening your understanding of every good thing we share for the sake of Christ. Philemon 1:6

Father, our heavenly Father, Holy is Your name! We pray that Your will be done here in our lives as it is in heaven. We pray that when we share our faith, that we are effective in helping others deepen their understanding of the good things of Christ. We pray that our children and families see the mighty works He has done. He has defeated death and destruction! Let their understanding be increased so that they see and know this glorious victory. Surround them with believers who are effective and will show them every good thing He has done. We pray that the revelation of His sacrifice overwhelms they with the love that transforms. Bless them with hearts that hear and follow the Christ Who loves them. Bless them with a new life that is deeper in their understanding of Your Word.

We bless Israel and ask for the peace of Jerusalem. Give them the hope of their calling. Bless our nation and protect our leaders and rulers. Turn their hearts to You and give us a quiet and peaceful land. Let us stand with You until the end of this age.

We praise You, our Holy God and we ask that our understanding of every good thing be deepened and made full.

In Christ alone
